Well here we go again. This drive always seems to be a great way to start off the new year.
Ok we have been doing this for a little while now. Last year I was told to invite NWmotoring to this event but due to the short notice I did not get a chance. This year I was reminded again. Many have talked about the outstanding community members this site has and I unfortunately have not been able to attend any of your gatherings, so I wanted to invite you to one of mine. Here are the all important times: February 27th 8:00 AM Meet for Breakfast at IHOP (optional) --- 3519 Martin Way E, Olympia Coming from south, Take exit 107 turn right on Pacific ave, turn left on Lilly, go over freeway, then turn left on Martin way, IHOP on your left hand side. (slow coming into Parking lot for LOW cars ) Coming from North, take exit 109, turn right on Martin, IHOP just past Lilly on left hand side. (slow coming into Parking lot for LOW cars ) 9:30 - 10:00 AM Meet at K-Mart parking lot (4141 MARTIN WAY LACEY, WA 98516 ) 10:30 Leave Here is a map of the drive : Driving Directions from 4141 Martin Way E, Lacey, WA to Raymond, WA 11:30 stop in Raymond for break 12:00 - 12:30 Back on road. 1:00 Stop at Rainbow Falls State Park ( $5 Parking Fee, maybe ) we haven't paid in the past. Chance for people to stretch legs and see the new editions to the park since it was greatly effected by the floods last year. Rainbow Falls State Park (page 1 of 2) 1:30 Head towards Centralia for lunch. 2:30 Eat lunch at Country Kitchen in Centralia I haven't planned any charities or anything of that nature just a drive so people can catch up with others they may only see once or twice a year. |

Those planning to attend:
1. SRT4's (7) 2. rosstiffer_ss/sc 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. This is a multi-forum event. We have had as many as 80 cars in the past and as few as 12. We encourage safe driving, some feel the need for short bursts of speed, or "spirited driving" If you are one of them please stay to the back of the pack so others are not effected by your actions. Also feel free to invite friends, family or other forums. I personally post threads on SRTforums, EvolutionM, NWtuning, Scionlife, and NWstreetracing. I do ask that you follow Nasiocs rules and please do not post drives there. Last edited by inzanesrt4; 02-03-2010 at 08:43 AM. |
